Sanath Jayasuriya Said "Pakistan is the safe place for the international cricket."

World XI received a warm welcome at Karachi Airport,Pakistan:

World XI reached at Karachi Airport, Pakistan and received a warm welcome by Pakistan. The legend cricketer of Sri Lanka Sanath Jayasuriya is the captain of World XI and said on arrival "I'm happy to be a part of these matches." He said "It depends on country to country [whether teams tour Pakistan] but in my opinion Pakistan is a safe country. The incidents of Lahore [attacks on the Sri Lanka team in 2009] were not the best thing to have happened and the suspension of cricket in Pakistan is very unfortunate because the people love the game here."

World XI team including Sanath Jayasuriya, Alvin Kalicharan, Ricardo Powell, Jermaine Lawson, Adam Sanford, Andre Nel, Nantei Hayward, Shapoor Zadran, Muhammad Shahzad.
